Apprenticeship Program
FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM TO APPLY TO BE A LIVE MODEL DURING EDUCATION DAYS. ALL LIVE EDUCATION DAYS WILL BE TAUGHT BY, AND SUPERVISED BY A LICENSED INSTRUCTOR. ALL MODELS CHOSEN WILL RECEIVE THEIR SERVICES AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. SOME SERVICES DEMONSTRATED WILL BE AT NO-COST TO THE MODEL.

HOLLYWOOD STYLE will begin accepting Fall 2025 Applications August 1st, 2025 and they will close August 7th, 2025.
You will receive notification from Hollywood Style by August 21st if you are invited for the first round of interviews. We will only be accepting a maximum of 4 students for the 2025 calendar year. If you are interested in the program beyond the Fall of 2025 please fill out the application and let us know desired start date.
